Tech-strategy put into action

The Faculty of Technical Sciences is a young and innovative faculty. We develop ourselves continuously and are working on establishing ourselves as a strong and collaborative faculty. Developing our Tech strategy will give us direction and will put AU’s overall strategy into action.>>>

Three examples og Tech’s strategy in practice:

AU enterprise develops an intelligent management system for biological processes
In 2020, employees in the Entrepreneurship focus group prepared input for the faculty's joint strategy. The ambition is for Technical Sciences to become a leading, research-based entrepreneurial faculty. Many new companies have already emerged from the faculty, such as Consibio, a biotech company.>>>

3D cameras and artificial intelligence to identify resource-efficient, climate-friendly cows
The CFIT project clearly illustrates the strategic direction that the Faculty of Technical Sciences will be following going forward, as it couples digital solutions with sustainability.>>>

From problem to plant-based ground beef - seaweed protein will enrich food and create a better marine environment
The SeaSus-protein project is a clear example of the strategy and ambition for the green transition that the faculty will be following in the future.>>>
