Tech Talks gives colleagues across Tech the opportunity to learn more about each other’s work. The initiative stems from Tech 2030 and the strategic focal point of creating impact through a collaborative culture built on trust and respect.
Tech Talks takes place online every fortnight and consists of a ten-minute presentation followed by a five-minute Q&A session.
If you would like to share insights into your work, you are always welcome to volunteer as a speaker for Tech Talks.
Jette Feveile Young will be introducing us to the concept of "Cultivated meat" - culturing cells outside the animal for meat production. She will introduce the rationale for investigating this food concept, give an insight into the principles of production, and how she sees this being relevant for more research environments than "just" food science.
