The ambition for the work environment at Aarhus University is for all employees to work in a healthy and good environment that creates well-being and job satisfaction.
Every third year, workplace assessments (WPAs) are performed at the university where focus is on both the physical and psychological work environment at your workplace. The next WPA survey will take place in spring 2022.
The WPA from 2019 is monitored by the advisory group for psychological WPA 2019. The group was set up by the Faculty Liaison Committee (FSU) and the occupational health and safety committee (FAMU), and aims to coordinate and communicate the faculty's process for follow-up on WPA results.
