Locked doors in connection with Denmark’s biggest Friday bar in the university park on September 8
In connection with the big Friday bar in the university park on Friday 8 September 2023, the outer doors in following buildings will be locked:
- 1120-1122: Locked all day, employee access can be used.
- 1130-1135 (Biokæden): Locked all day, employee access can be used.
- 1170 – 1172: Locked from 12:00, after which employee access can be used
- 1220-1223 (Biohuset): Locked all day, employee access can be used.
- 1510-1515 (Chemistry): Locked from 14:15, after which employee access can be used.
- 1520-1550 (Physics, Mathematics, Biology): Locked from 14:15, after which employee access can be used.
- 1870-1876 (Universitetsbyen): Locked from 2:15 p.m., after which employee access can be used.
In addition to closing students' access, there will be guards at the above-mentioned buildings between 12:00 and 02:00. Employees will still have access to the buildings via their access card.
All festive activity in the buildings will be stopped by the guards, whether students or staff (this also applies to a Friday beer).
If you have an event in your buildings that has already been planned, you must contact Maria Svenstrup Harder msh@au.dk as soon as possible. Events/activities that are not registered will be stopped by the guards without notice.
