News from IT: Chatbot for IT support and more sustainable smartphones
From October, you now have the option to consult the new AUbot before contacting an IT staff member. In addition, IT has launched a new smartphone with a focus on sustainability.
A new AI chatbot for IT guidance and support for AU staff has been introduced. The chatbot is designed to answer questions based on the information available on the IT guidance pages. It can, for example, assist with email setup, software installation, security advice, or using Teams and SharePoint.

New Smartphone with a Focus on Sustainability
IT has introduced a new smartphone that can be ordered via the IT webshop. The phone, named Fairphone, has been developed with an emphasis on repairability, recycling, working conditions, and fairtrade-certified materials.
