Tech bolsters its talent and career development efforts with new vice-dean

Tech is rapidly evolving, and its specialisations and research areas are in high demand. Leading the talent and career development initiatives at Tech requires a targeted and focused effort. The Dean’s Office is therefore expanding with a new vice-dean responsible for talent and career development.

"Talented employees are our most important resource, which is why recruitment, diversity and retention are high on the agenda at Tech," says Dean of Tech Eskild Holm Nielsen. He continues:

"We’re also an international faculty with an outward-looking mindset - something we must constantly maintain through new and meaningful collaborations. I look forward to welcoming a new vice-dean, who can dedicate all their efforts to the important tasks within talent and career development.

In the future, Vice-dean for Research Brian Vinter will be able to focus his efforts on strategic management and agenda-setting our ever-increasing strongholds within research.

The new vice-dean is expected to start on 1 July 2024.
